- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-12-21, by Paul ToupinService desk made me feel invisible. When they did serve me they sent me back to the department which had the product I was seeking. I returned twice and no one was there. Returned to service desk and was ignored. My son found a service person who waited with us for another 15 minutes. Processes need to be desperately improved here so people can actually provide client centred service.
