  We purchased 2 bedroom sets with mattresses abput least than 9 years ago then purchased .dishwasher ,LG washer and dryer and upright freezer. When we got mattresses home few months later we started to have issues we were given hard time to have it replaced still not resolved but we didn't want to call due to the hassle .we passed by yesterday to check out new mattress.the rep was amazing and he advised us we should have money back in the account if mattress was bought less than 10 years so he sent to he'd office but next day he calls saying that head office said it was purchased 2006 when we purchased 2010..system shows 06.11.10 and this is Nov 06 2010 but they insist that the 06 is the year not the day... everyone is pleasant and nice there just to close sales but after that good luck getting any pleasant service ...I would never buy from them anymore

  Personnelement je n'irai jamais acheter de meubles ni d'électroménagé chez brault et martineau à cause des dizaines de vendeurs affamés qui vous sautent dessus en entrant. Je suis aller chercher mon prix de cadeaux surprises de lotto québec et leur ordinateur ne fonctionnait pas 2 fois sur 3 et ils ne pouvaiebt pas me dire au télephone si elle fonctionnait.. pas impressioné du service ici.

  I was in your store today about 2:30 .. looking at lamps and i seen one that i loved it is 259.00$ ....i walked through the store not one person asked if i needed help not a word from no one ...not even a smile ....now im not sure i want to get my lamp there .... have a talk to your staff please have a great evening .   We bought a whole bedroom set and the salesman promised that it would all be unpacked and put assembled. None of this was done! They literally ran in and dropped them off and ran out. The invoice the movers left said "to be assembled by customer." After about 3 months the bed supports broke and the bed drop two inches. I have been fighting back and forth to get proper supports. All they said is that the will replace with the same parts. The supports also gauged out my beautiful hardwood floors and there is apparently an investigation into the product. Overall I'm very frustrated with this company and won't buy anything else from there.
